A: Because each piece is crafted to your unique specifications and measurements, all made-to-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, the process from order confirmation to dispatch takes approximately 20-29 business days, plus shipping time to your location. Complex bespoke designs may require additional time, which we will communicate transparently.
Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Order modifications or cancellations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not yet begun.
