Upon confirmation of your order and custom specifications, our atelier initiates the dedicated creation of your garment.

• Pattern Finalization: Your unique measurements and design choices are translated into a custom digital pattern, the precise blueprint for your piece. This step ensures the geometry of the garment is engineered specifically for your silhouette.

• Material Sourcing & Preparation: Sheeting of your selected latex—in the exact color, thickness, and finish—is inspected, cleaned, and prepared for cutting. Each roll is reviewed for consistency and quality.

• Precision Cutting & Marking: Using your custom pattern, the latex is meticulously cut by hand or with guided precision tools. Each panel is then carefully marked for assembly, noting alignment points for closures, reinforcements, and special design details.

• Edge Preparation & Initial Bonding: All cut edges are cleaned and prepared. Where applicable, the initial stages of seam construction begin, ensuring a flawless foundation.

Phase 2: Assembly & Artistry (Approx. 10-14 Business Days)

This is the transformative stage where your garment takes its form, requiring skilled hands and focused attention.

• Seam Construction & Bonding: Panels are assembled using professional-grade bonding techniques. Each seam is aligned with precision, pressed, and cured to create a strong, virtually invisible join. This is the core of the garment's structure and fit.

• Detail Integration: All functional and artistic elements are integrated. This includes setting zippers, adding grommets or eyelets, attaching decorative trim, and reinforcing stress points. Each detail is placed with intention and secured for longevity.

• Initial Quality Inspection: The fully assembled garment undergoes a first rigorous inspection. Fit is checked on a form, seams are examined for integrity, and all functional elements are tested.

Phase 3: Finalization & Dispatch (Approx. 3-5 Business Days)

The final steps ensure your piece arrives perfect and ready to wear.

• Final Cleaning & Preparation: The garment is professionally cleaned to remove any residual manufacturing particles.

• Protective Shining & Dressing: It is treated with a proprietary silicone-based solution that protects the latex and enhances its signature luster during transit. This initial treatment prepares it for your first wear.

• Final Presentation & Packaging: Your garment is carefully folded or hung, wrapped in protective tissue, and sealed in a black, opaque, airtight bag to protect it from light and ozone. It is placed in our discreet, reinforced shipping packaging alongside any care items in your order.

• Dispatch Notification: You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as your curated piece begins its journey to you.
